For this sound healing, I want to welcome you to my home. In this intimate setting where it’s just the five of us, we gather under the energy of the New Moon in Sagittarius. This moon invites us to release the old, forgive, and open a new chapter guided by wisdom and truth.
We’ll begin with a cup of cacao and a quiet moment to connect with what we wish to release, and the new seeds we feel ready to plant. Then I’ll guide you into stillness, using crystal singing bowls (432hz) and voice to cleanse, soften, and invite in fresh energy. The vibration will support you in letting go of what no longer serves you, while opening space for new intentions to take root.
Afterwards, you’ll be invited to write down your reflections and intentions, anchoring the wisdom of this New Moon into your next cycle.

I would love to see you there! ❤️
What to expect
Sound healing is not about doing, but about receiving. It’s a practice that uses vibration and frequency to calm the mind, relax the body, and open space for healing and clarity. The bowls’ sounds work like a gentle reset — helping your nervous system to relax and your energy to rebalance.
It is not a medical treatment, but a supportive tool for wellbeing. During the session we will also do some gentle writing, helping you get the most out of your reflections and intentions. The setting will be in my home, creating an intimate and cozy space for you to fully arrive.
I’ll do my best to minimize outside sounds, though of course I can’t control everything beyond the space. If a sound arises during the session, you can use it as an invitation to refocus — a gentle reminder to sink even deeper into the journey.
What to bring
You’re welcome to bring your own journal for intention setting and reflection (I will also have paper available).
Comfort is key: I’ll provide yoga mats, eye pillows, and blankets, but if you get cold quickly or prefer your own things, feel free to bring them.
A bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Good to mention:
If you’re pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, recent surgery, or another condition you’re unsure about, please let me know before booking — I’ll be happy to discuss with you and make sure the session is safe and comfortable.
