We open with a cup of ceremonial cacao and an intention-setting meditation. From there the sound carries you: crystal singing bowls are at the heart of the session, worked with intuitively alongside tuning forks, wind gong, chimes, and voice. Afterwards there is quiet time to reflect, so you can anchor what came through before you step back into your day.

Reiki Session
Quiet hands,
deep rest
Reiki is gentle, hands-on energy healing. Where sound moves through the whole room, Reiki is close and still: you rest, and I work with what your body is holding. On its own or as a quiet deepening of the sound work.
It's a Japanese practice, developed in the early twentieth century, and the name says what it is: "rei" means universal, "ki" means life energy. Reiki works with the idea that this energy flows through the body, and that stress, emotion, and holding on can leave it stuck. During a session I place my hands lightly on or just above the body, inviting that energy to settle and move again. I practice at Reiki Level 1.
A session is simple on your side: you stay fully clothed and lie down comfortably, wrapped in blankets. We take a short moment to arrive and set an intention, and then you rest while I work slowly along the body's energy centers, the chakras. People often notice warmth, tingling, or simply a deep drop into rest. We close gently, with time to reflect on what you noticed.
Like the sound work, Reiki is not a medical treatment and never a replacement for medical care. It is a supportive tool for wellbeing: a way to give your system full permission to rest, soften, and rebalance.
One-on-One
Personal Reiki
A one-on-one Reiki session in my home studio (Reiki Level 1). You rest, warm and held, while I work with what your body is carrying. Restorative and unhurried.

Group sound healing
in Rotterdam
A group sound bath is something you can't quite explain until you've been in one. We open with ceremonial cacao and a moment to set your intention. Then the crystal singing bowls take over, and I work intuitively with tuning forks, wind gong, chimes, and voice alongside them, until the whole room softens into the same slow rhythm. We close gently, with journaling and reflection.

I'm Sem, and Tune In grew from one discovery that changed everything for me: life is energy, the outside reflects the inside, and we are here to remember who we are so we can share our gifts.
I didn't learn that from a book first. I learned it in Bali, heartbroken after my relationship ended a month into our travels. Instead of running from the pain, I chose to feel all of it. And inside that pain I found a curiosity about the bigger picture. Quantum physics and spirituality gave me answers, and they let me turn pain into power. I was not a victim. I was being given a way back to my own truth. One more month in Bali became many more, and somewhere along the way I found a new love: life itself.
That is what coming home to yourself means here. Not fixing yourself, because you are not broken. Remembering what was already there, underneath the noise. Whatever you are carrying right now holds that same invitation.
In the three years since, everything I love has naturally come together: writing, poetry, music, the insights I share through my channel Blossem, and the sound healings I hold. Tune In is where it all unites, an experience carrying the depth of everything I've learned.
All of it came because I was brave enough to hold space for myself, to tune in to what wanted to come through. Now I would love to hold that same space for you.
